Try our famous Peking Duck which is marinated and roasted to a crispy golden brown in a special roaster custom made and imported all the way from Hong Kong. It is excellent filleted with hoisin sauce, scallions and steamed thin spring roll skins. Our whole roasted crispy pig is great for parties and special occasions and makes quit a presentation. Pressed for time but you want a nutritious meal, stop by and grab our Honey Soy Sauce Chicken (specially marinated with our special combination of spices) or our Drunken Chicken (yes, we marinate our chickens with a secret wine recipe) for a healthy and savory dish. All of our items are cooked daily on premises. Specialty deli items can be pre-ordered.

Getting bored and tired of the same old traditional vegetable dishes and salads? Give your dishes a makeover. Try our comprehensive selection of vegetables. Bitter Melon (great for colds, flus & allergies) stir fried with fermented black bean & garlic sauce. Bok Choy, Shanghai Bok Choy, Nappa, Mustard Green, Yu Choy, Chinese Broccoli, Chinese Egg Plant, Snow Pea, Snow Pea Tip and Sugar Snaps make excellent stir fry dishes. Winter Melon and Watercress make excellent summer time soups. Lotus Root and Jicama make a great crispy and sweet salad. Chives, Chive Flower, Soy Sprouts, Bean Sprouts stir fried with shrimp, chicken, pork or beef makes a zesty entree.
