Our party and special occasion favorite, whole roasted suckling pig (Lechon).  Or try our authentic crispy and juicy roasted Peking Duck that comes with our special recipe dipping sauce.  Other options include the sweet and mouth watering BBQ Pork which is roasted to a perfection.  Poultry lovers must try our juicy Honey Soy Sauce Chicken that comes with a ginger and scallion dip.

Orders for whole roast pig require a minimum of threes days advance notice and at least one week for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.  All party or catering items are ordered per request.
